Upon entering this single-storey abode, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully-equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up a hearty breakfast or a delicious evening meal.

Adjacent to this, you will find an inviting sitting room, complete with a warming electric fire and a Smart TV, perfect for those relaxing nights in after a day of exploring the local area. The property boasts two well-presented bedrooms: a double room with king sized bed, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC, and a twin room, ideal for children or friends. There is also a separate shower room, fitted with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC, providing ample space for everyone to prepare for their day.
