From here the options are endless with the variety of shops, cafes, pubs and attractions or head to the lake for outdoor activities, including a lake cruise. Across the lake, take time to visit the National Trust sites of Hill Top and Wray Castle.

Great lodge with everything you need and despite an issue with the TV signal this was soon fixed through contact with the owner. Lodge is very new and great for a family of four. East parking as you do t have to go into site as it’s off the main resort car park which we felt was a real bonus as within easy reach of all on site facilities. Food on site was really good as well and priced as per other establishments in the area. Would highly recommend this lodge to anyone.
