Surrounded by quiet country lanes it is ideal for cyclists and walkers alike. The wonderful coast of north Norfolk, the glorious beaches at Holkham and Hunstanton for family fun, the Queen’s estate at Sandringham, Gressenhall Rural Life Museum, the charming Georgian town of Holt with it quaint shops, Wells-next-the-Sea where you can take a ride on the train to the beach or sample the local seafood stalls in the harbour and medieval Norwich with its castle, cathedral, fine shops and restaurants are all within an easy drive. Shop and pub within 1.5 miles.

The owners live next door and are delightful and happy to impart loads of local info. The barn is custom built for holiday letting and is equipped with everything you might need to a very high spec. Wifi is weak and a travel repeater would be useful. Mobile signal is very good. Best hosts we have ever encountered..

Home from home....very well equipped and accessible to tha all the north coast of Norfolk. The home made cake was very yummy. You couldn't ask for any more when away from home. The owners are helpful and very friendly.
