Surrounded by quiet country lanes it is ideal for cyclists and walkers alike. The wonderful coast of north Norfolk, the glorious beaches at Holkham and Hunstanton for family fun, the Queen’s estate at Sandringham, Gressenhall Rural Life Museum, the charming Georgian town of Holt with it quaint shops, Wells-next-the-Sea where you can take a ride on the train to the beach or sample the local seafood stalls in the harbour and medieval Norwich with its castle, cathedral, fine shops and restaurants are all within an easy drive. Shop and pub within 1.5 miles.

We had a really good week. The accommodation is really well equipped and was very comfortable. My only concern was that the upstairs bathroom only had a curtain, we felt that a door would be better.

Christine and Nigel could not do enough for us. Very accommodating. Well one pack was excellent with comprehensive information pack of the property. Nice to have 3 different internal seating areas, lounge, dining room and upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was extremely well equipped, everything you needed. The property was very clean and tidy, good outside space. The only problem we had, Unfortunately my wife broke a front crown tooth Tuesday evening, we were unable to get an appointment with the local dentists, so had to return home early Wednesday morning to our dentist. another appointment was required on our return from holiday. We returned late Wednesday a.m. but my wife had problems eating and drinking for the next few days. But we enjoyed our stay at High Farm Barn and would stay again. I'd like to thank Christine for wearing the face mask when she came to see us Friday p.m. as she had been suffering with a cough and didn't want to pass on any germs, though I hadn't mentioned Bev's problem.
