Excellent area to be in: we chose the cottage as it was in striking distance of both the RHS Show at Sandringham and also so that we could visit relatives in Norfolk. Unfortunately we had no hot water for a number of days at the beginning of our stay which when reported the owner worked hard to get put right...... but it was late in the week when it was sorted. Comfortable and cosy.

The bungalow was dated. Very small tv, could not see the mirror when drying my hair. We ran out of toilet paper to be told we should bring our own as it's self catering. Never had to before. No hot water in the sink but we had hot showers. I would stay again as a base but it's not up to standards I would expect for the price we paid. The pool is nice but you have to book a time. We got on well with Jean she did her best to make sure we were OK. We have never stayed in a cottage before and will think twice next time, it looked ok in the pictures but it definitely needs painting outside and some gardening to make it look better as a holiday let.
