Yaxham Waters is set in 15 acres of wonderful parkland in the heart of rural Norfolk with views of the Mid Norfolk Steam Railway which runs along the back of the park.
Offering an idyllic location Yaxham Waters is home to two well stocked fishing lakes, one of which is for the sole use of visitors staying at the park.

Beautiful lodge, clean and tidy and everything we needed was provided. Views were magnificent, fishing was good and caught lots.
