Offering an idyllic location Yaxham Waters is home to two well stocked fishing lakes, one of which is for the sole use of visitors staying at the park.

Lodge was lovely and clean but sofas worn and not comfortable to sit on. Beds comfy and kitchen well equipped but no space in cupboards to put any groceries.Unfortunately lodge was joined to another one and all we heard was talking, tv, alarm clock going off early etc Fishing was good but a bit crowded around the lake

Damp in bedroom, uncomfortable beds and bedding. Dog friendly Lodge but no gate on the decking which meant our dog couldn't enjoy the outside space. Settees really uncomfortable.Disappointing.
