Site Description
Yaxham Waters is set in 15 acres of wonderful parkland in the heart of rural Norfolk with views of the Mid Norfolk Steam Railway which runs along the back of the park.
Offering an idyllic location Yaxham Waters is home to two well stocked fishing lakes, one of which is for the sole use of visitors staying at the park.

We had the perfect week for us despite the poor weather. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, a home from home. The site was quiet, peaceful and very pretty despite some construction work which we were warned about. The fishing was great for my husband and granddaughter. Highly recommend.

It was expensive , even tho we got a discount as there was building works it was still nice. Not much to do there but was very relaxing
