This is a wonderful holiday home and I would definitely recommend it. We are a multi generational family group and it definitely meet all our needs - the games room is excellent and a real bonus! The sofas in the lounge are a little tired and there were a few cobwebs but otherwise an exceptional house

Family holiday which was enjoyed by everybody. There are lots of places to visit during the day. We enjoyed our visits to Wroxham, Cromer, Gt Yarmouth, Winterton and Horsey Gap. The kitchen is well equipped and after dinner the games room and the cinema room were enjoyed immensely.

This property is very well presented and generously equipped. It’s on a quiet part of the broads, being upstream of Potter Heigham bridge, there are no large cruisers to disturb the tranquility. We come here regularly with our whole family.
