This single-level property has been newly refurbished throughout during 2022/23 to offer spacious, bright, and light sociable open plan living accommodation. To the rear is an enclosed garden perfect for relaxing, eating al-fresco and relaxing under the huge Norfolk sky. The living room boasts a wood burner, perfect for cosy nights in on those cooler evenings. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and large dining table perfect for dining at home. For those wishing to dine out, there are plenty of local eateries and take out restaurants nearby.
This wonderful seaside location, perfect for enjoying the wide sandy beach. Explore the coast with its lovely sandy beaches, and the town and villages along the coast. Excellent walking routes are available from your doorstep, and for those who enjoy cycling there are lots of great routes and trails. The seaside town of Great Yarmouth, 7 miles away, has a 15-mile stretch of glorious sandy beach with a pier. There are lots of activities including a choice of bowling, donkey rides, a fairground for both adults and small children, crazy golf, model village, sports leisure centre with swimming pool and Sea Life Centre.
Thrill seekers are also sure to enjoy a day out at Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park at Lowestoft. For a change of pace, visit Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens and take the tiger walk across the treetops. Caister Castle features a classic car museum, or a day at the races gives you the option of both horse and dog racing. The city of Norwich, voted one of the top five cities to visit in the UK, has a Norman castle and numerous museums, galleries, and theatres. Plenty of local activities great for children. Bewilderwood at Horning, Roar Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, and Banham Zoo are award winning parks. You are also close to the Norfolk Broads National Park, where you can drift along these famous waterways. So much to do and see, you are sure to wish you had stayed much longer. Beach 700 yards.

The bungalow is the perfect location, close to the beach and local shops. It is quiet and so clean, it has everything you need to truly relax and enjoy your break, they have even suppied an outdoor hose area perfect for the dog after your walk. The beach is perfect, dog friendly and safe, with the added bonus of watching seals swim past. We went out of season which was perfect as we often had the beach to ourselves. But everyone we met was so friendly. The owners are great, leave you alone but there if you need them or for a chat. We will be returning

Wish I could give this more than five stars. Lily pots was everything you could ask for. We are a family of four and it was the perfect size for us. It was clean, had all the amenities you need and is in a wonderful location. Jo, who owns the property, lives nearby if you require anything. Will definitely look to return in the near future.

Such a lovely clean, well-equipped, modernised bungalow with everything you need, it was really home from home. A minute's walk to the endless sandy beach (dogs allowed all year), fab bakery a few doors away, good pub food and a couple of local shops all within walking distance. Dog proof back and front gardens and an outside shower for washing dogs after a sandy walk. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Milk, a cake, dog treats and flowers were there on our arrival. We spent a week here but could have stayed forever and our dogs loved it too!
