Had a great weekend staying here. It’s a great base for visiting the local area. The location is nice with a view across a field at the back. We would stay here again

Cottage was new very spacious lounge and kitchen, bath and showers immaculate, in a quiet location short walk from the beach and local busy pub which did excellent well priced food. Lovely sandy dog friendly local beach and dog friendly beaches at Hemsby, Caister and Horsey. Best to see seals at Horsey down to the beach turn right and about 400yards up.Cottage on arrival had allegedly been cleaned but we found a dummy and bit of plastic under the sofa.Only negatives were the cottage is not enclosed so dogs can wander into the farmers field or onto the road outside plenty of rabbits in the morning and we saw a deer not far away, enclosing the garden has been mentioned several times by guests, also coming out of the side door and turn right their is an under soil wasps nest, also as you come out of that door their is just a brick to step on could do with a step being made.All in all value for money in a peaceful location good for exploring Norwich and the Broads and local villages.
