This attractive modern chalet bungalow is located just minutes from the beautiful beach at Scratby on a quiet residential road. The cottage is ideal for families and friends wishing to enjoy excellent accommodation close to the beach, ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers especially. Step into the property and you immediately get a feel for its open plan living and stylish decor. Stairs lead from the hall to two large double bedrooms on the first floor, both with en-suite shower rooms. There is an additional two bedrooms on the ground floor which share a family bathroom. The property benefits from a utility room which also has access to the back garden.
The living room has a real wow factor, with it looking over both the front of the property and the side garden. This large U-shaped room offers a fantastic open plan, modern feel with a large kitchen area for all the guests to relax in after a day out exploring. Outside, there is the enclosed side garden, an ideal space for children to enjoy playing and for the whole family to relax and unwind. Scratby village enjoys excellent local amenities, including two supermarkets, a fish and chip shop and tea rooms. Work your way up the coast to Hemsby and you might even spot some seals.
Make sure if you love nature you visit the nearby nature reserve at Horsey, with its abundance of wildlife and beautiful windmill. Just a short drive away is Great Yarmouth, a traditional seaside town, steeped in history, where you can even enjoy horse racing here or a night at the dogs, making it perfect for a family day out with entertainment and attractions for all ages. We all said wow when we went into the house. There were extras we didnât expect and after busy days out and about it was a perfect peaceful and relaxing place for us all to come back to. Also loved the garden and bbq. We all loved the whole experience.

An air fryer in the kitchen would be a great addition along with a few beer glasses. We found the oven and hob a bit challenging, but with the assistance provided by the caretaker we mastered it. Would definitely recommend.
