Loved the location and the cottage was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We also loved the walk to Martham broad every morning where our border collie could have a little swim. Great footpath almost outside the door. Marsh harriers and a barn owl seen most days. Loved being next to a farm and seeing the cows just outside.
