The living space includes a superb kitchen equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher - everything the chef of the holiday will need to whip up tasty meals - and a dining table large enough for everyone to sit down together. When you're ready to relax, head over to the comfortable sofas, and perhaps set up your favourite box set on the Smart TV. There are two delightful bedrooms, one king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a single room with a fixed hoist and easy access to a wet room with an integrated shower seat and grab rails. There's a covered veranda at the front of the lodge, and you may wish to make use of the coffee lounge on site, which has a large outdoor area and a wood burner inside. Other amenities include a shared gym for over 16s, woodland trails for peaceful walks, and a private parking space beside the lodge.

It's just 5.5 miles to the historic market town of King's Lynn, with its array of buildings and choice of shops and restaurants. The royal estate at Sandringham is 10 miles away, while Norfolk Lavender at Heacham is 17.5 miles. If you fancy a day at the seaside, the beach at Snettisham is 17 miles, and the resort of Hunstanton is 20 miles.
