Spacious, light and airy, Duffields House has a very relaxed and easy ambience from the moment you walk through the door. Beautifully presented in a calm, coastal, contemporary style, guests will undoubtedly feel immediately at home here. On the ground floor, the rooms flow from the entrance lobby featuring a handy utility/ boot room and shower room, through double glazed doors to a charming double length kitchen/ breakfast room, bathing in gentle light from two feature bay windows. The cream country-style fitted kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you could need to cook up a feast. This space combines with the dining area at the far end of the room to make a very pleasant sociable space. Walking across the inner hallway, a doorway opens to a lovely sitting room hosting double doors to the garden - just the place for everyone to congregate, chill out and catch up at the end of a busy day spent exploring. Upstairs on the first floor is a fabulous master bedroom suite, accompanying dressing area, and doors that open to the wonderful south-facing decked terrace. There is a further bedroom hosting a double bed, and a family bathroom on this floor too. On the top floor, enjoying the views across the back of Brancaster, are two bedrooms each providing twin beds, and both with vaulted ceilings. Outside, a fully enclosed, attractive south-facing and private landscaped, walled courtyard garden is the perfect choice for when you feel like taking a lazy day soaking up the warm rays. The delightful garden room with sofa seating offers a shaded alternative, and doubles up as a quiet space to read, work or play.

Newly constructed in 2014, Duffields Cottage was designed to be a high spec holiday property boasting a light and airy Scandinavian vibe throughout. Accessed via the front garden gate, walk into a lovely open-plan living space with a vaulted ceiling and white-washed wooden flooring. A charming wood burning stove adds extra warmth when the days and nights turn chilly, plus a widescreen television with DVD player will keep you entertained. Cooking, dining and relaxing all take place in this very pleasant, easy, sociable environment. To either side of the living area are two bedroom suites, each with a 5' king-size bed and en suite facilities. Both bedrooms feature doors with access to the fully enclosed garden, landscaped by an award winning designer. The pretty garden enjoys a coastal theme and hosts furniture for dining, as well as lounging.

Duffields House and Cottage is the go-to place for relaxed breaks. For bracing fresh air, a fabulous beaches, wonderful walks, a great choice of delectable eateries, a spot of shopping or even a round of golf, you need look no further.

Brancaster Stores and Post Office houses a brilliant deli and coffee shop, as well as stocking plenty of every day goods. Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licenced, family friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments. Adjacent is five acres of playing fields, including two full size goals, a children’s playground along with equipment designed to help coordination and balance, and a family area with picnic tables. There are also new tennis courts. Brancaster offers something for everyone!
