The open fire place in the sitting room beckons you to light a fire on chiller evenings and enjoy the cosy ambience of the extra warmth and orange light that fills the space as you hunker down with a film. With an additional television in the adjacent family room, there will be no arguing over the remote. The well-equipped kitchen offers modern appliances within a traditional country style. From here, the conservatory hosts a farmhouse dining table for dining under the stars, or on sunny days, open up the french doors to the garden to let the warm sunlight beam in.

Upstairs on the first floor, the inviting en-suite master bedroom hosts a double bed, with twin beds in bedroom two, and bunk beds in bedroom three. A good-sized family bathroom featuring bath with shower over completes this floor.

Outside, there is a south facing enclosed garden that enjoys stunning views across open farmland. Up to three cars can be parked off-road to the rear of the cottage. Local amenities include a village shop and a pub/restaurant serving excellent food. The stunning beaches at Brancaster, Holme-next-the-Sea, and Old Hunstanton are all within easy reach.

The pretty harbour village of Brancaster Staithe is approximately two miles away, where you will find locally caught fish and shellfish at The Fish Shed, a supermarket, café, petrol station, retail outlets, seasonal pop-up shops and two pubs serving good food. The bustling Georgian village of Burnham Market is around three miles away.
