Additional outbuildings, house a WC, sink and washer/dryer, useful for cleaning up soggy dogs or children after fun on the beach.

Bay Tree Cottage, as with many period cottages in the area, has Norfolk winder stairs which are steep, narrow and twisted. Here they are carpeted with a hand rail on the right as you go up.
