Great weather. Lovely area. Kind and friendly owner. Brilliant large listed family home. Perfect for 12 of us. Real charm and character. Huge garden with lots of seating and tables. Parking for all 5 of our cars. Fun on the broads less than an hour away. Beaches all nearby and Docking is a nice place with a shop, pub and an Excellent chippy. Melanie the owner was helpful and lovely. Really couldn’t fault. Only tiny downside was the road can get busy and the water pressure was a bit low but it’s an old house. All in all a fantastic week in North Norfolk.

A perfect large family holiday. Great weather in a lovely area. Melanie the owner was friendly, helpful and Kind. Brilliant large characterful listed house. Perfect for our family of 12. Huge Garden with lots of tables and seating. Ample parking on the driveway for our 5 cars. Fun on the Broads less than an hour away. White sandy beaches just minutes away. Docking itself is a nice little place. Local shop, nice pub and an excellent chippy. Really couldn’t fault. Only tiny downside showers were challenging because of low water pressure but it’s an old house and the road outside can get busy but we all said we would 100% go back. All in all, a fantastic week in North Norfolk.

Ideal bot hole for two (+2 dogs) in north Norfolk. Docking is near the coast and its easy to get to all the lovely beaches. The holiday home, although small, has all you need to enjoy your holiday. Mel the owner lives next door and is on hand for anything you might need. She is also very knowledgeable about the area.
