Super location and very well set up. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Owner could not have been more helpful. The quality welcome pack was a surprise and well received by all, along with all of the other things we might need. A lovely garden even in November! Some of us were a bit cold and heaters were provided to help with that. Logs at £5 a bag along the Fakenham Road were essential. We had lovely meals in the Railway Inn, the Duck Inn and the White Horse at Brancaster. Holt was lovely and lit up perfectly for Christmas.

Great weather. Lovely area. Kind and friendly owner. Brilliant large listed family home. Perfect for 12 of us. Real charm and character. Huge garden with lots of seating and tables. Parking for all 5 of our cars. Fun on the broads less than an hour away. Beaches all nearby and Docking is a nice place with a shop, pub and an Excellent chippy. Melanie the owner was helpful and lovely. Really couldn’t fault. Only tiny downside was the road can get busy and the water pressure was a bit low but it’s an old house. All in all a fantastic week in North Norfolk.
