Settled on the grounds of a working farm, a stone's throw from the glistening waters of the River Great Ouse, in Ten Mile Bank, rests this remarkable detached holiday home, Church Farm. Enveloped by rural countryside and boasting a characterful yet homely interior, Church Farm makes an idyllic base for any group celebration in Norfolk. Follow the winding country roads to reach this wonderful four-bedroom abode, before parking up in one of the off-road spaces provided and making your way inside to begin the celebrations. Remove any coats and shoes as you enter the hallway before unwinding with a moment of peace in front of the television in the adjoining sitting room, where a snug armchair offers a lovely spot to escape into the pages of a good book.

When stomachs start to rumble, move through the property to the open-plan kitchen/diner, equipped with a wonderful array of amenities sure to entice any budding chef, including a handy dishwasher so there's no time wasted doing the washing up. Indulge in a romantic meal for two at the breakfast bar or gather with your loved ones in the living/dining room to recount the days adventures over a hearty feast. The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT) reserve in the Ouse Washes, which attracts thousands of swans and ducks from northern Europe and the Arctic, is located in the low-lying area near Littleport. The rspb reserve at Ouse Washes is also nearby, with hikes through the wet meadows, and Ely, with its museums and Oliver Cromwell's palace, is only a short drive away. The village of Littleport is an excellent starting point for a holiday in Cambridgeshire.

    This time. Heat Pump extremely noisy. Not great if your a light sleeper. maybe it needs some maintenance

    ). Welcome pack was very much appreciated. One thing we didn’t know was included was a washing machine (not in the listing or images that we saw, so we sourced a laundrette locally in Downham Market just in case, thankfully not required though). Great communication when we had issues with the jets not working in the pool and it was easily fixed. All in all 100% recommended, thank you.
