3 fabulous, 4 star lodges, in a glorious wooded lakeside setting, each with their own jacuzzi/hot tub. Built 2010, and with almost 400sq.mtrs of combined space, they are the perfect place for the ultimate stay. Take your pick from any one of these properties, or for larger groups choose two, to sleep 23/24, or all three to sleep 35.

These beautifully presented lodges are set in 275 acres of woods and parkland. Ideal walking and cycling, there are plenty of woodland trails to explore and the quiet country lanes are ideal for relaxed bike rides. Adrenaline junkies will want to try their hand at water-skiing, or for those less adventurous, perhaps bannanna boat rides. be prepared to get wet! After a full day on the water, what could be nicer than sitting under the stars in your very own hot tub gazing out over the lake?

Keen fishermen have a choice of 7 fishing lakes, including the specimen lake, (Water Edge fronts this lake) and a dedicated children's lake.

Hope you like wildlife as Pentney lakes has oodles of it, including a bird sanctuary for those who like bird watching.

This is a great base for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk countryside. Head for the heritage coast just 30 minutes away and don’t miss the sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells Next The Sea. Try Blakeney Harbour and Morston Quay for the popular ‘Seal trips’. The market town of Swaffham with its attractive Georgian buildings is only 9.5 miles away. Castle Acre and Sandringham are both about a 20 - 25 minute drive. The C15th splendour of Oxburgh Hall is within half an hour. Further afield are the historic cathedral cities of Norwich, 3rd biggest shopping centre, and Ely, just under an hour’s drive.

The accommodation is spacious and attractively furnished. All lodges have a 42" TV (Freeview) plus an additional TV and music system, (Lakeland lodge with bluetooth). Outside you will find each has a private garden, a decked seating area with garden furniture and a fabulous 7 person hot tub. Waters Edge also has a spacious sauna.

Underfloor heating keeps the property beautifully warm – perfect for cool evenings once the sun has gone down, and for staying toasty on winter weekends.

There are 5 bedrooms, (2 ground floor, 3 on first floor);

Bedroom 1- with a marvellous four poster bed & jack & jill Shower room.

Bedroom 2 - with king size bed and an additional single bed,

Bedroom 3 - with double bed and en suite showroom and balcony with fabulous views over the lake.

Bedroom 4 - Twin with en suite cloakroom, leading to:

In addition there is a family bathroom, total 3 bath/shower rooms and 1 cloakroom.

The living area is attractively furnished and generously proportioned with a huge open plan lounge/dinning room, that can take all 23 quests including those at Lakeland Lodge, sitting down together for meals.

The kitchen is well equipped with integrated appliances, There is a microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer and washing machine. including mixer, blender, scales etc, for those who love to cook.

There is parking for 6 cars.

A spacious open plan, cottage set in a 1/4 acre of gardens. The property has four bedrooms, (2 on the ground floor 2 on the first floor)



Bedroom 1 - is a double with an additional single.

Bedroom 2 - is a twin, 2 further bedrooms on the first floor.

Bedroom 3 - is a double with a king bed and additional single.

Bedroom 4 has 3 single beds. There is a shoerroom on the ground floor and a family bathroom on the first floor

There is a spacious open plan lounge /diner fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and all mod-cons, as in Waters Reach.

WATERS EDGE (sleeps 12)

This fabulous residence has a one acre setting with 150ft private lakeside garden, with its own jacuzzi/hot tub, and spacious sauna. privately built 2009, and with aprox. 3000sq ft of space, it is the perfect place for the ultimate stay. Go on your worth it!

The accommodation is single story and attractively furnished. The main living area is an open plan 30ft living/dining room/kitchen. There are 5 bedrooms: 4 bathrooms in total,
