Located in Heacham, the quieter neighbour of the seaside town of Hunstanton, set just 3 miles up the coast. Heacham is known for its beautiful beach scenery and the Norfolk Lavender attraction (2 miles), while Hunstanton offers a wider range of seaside attractions, including a Sea Life centre, boat trips and the chance to spot the resident seal colony on its sandy shores. The two are connected by the Norfolk Coast Path, which continues into the Norfolk Coast National Landscape (5 miles). Spend a day exploring the royal estate at Sandringham (6.5 miles), exploring its grounds and parkland. Snettisham (5 miles) is also close by, a popular destination with a beautiful beach and exceptional birdwatching opportunities.

The property is single storey, with wood panelling and nautical touches throughout. The lounge features patio doors framing countryside views, along with comfortable sofas and a TV. After you've had your fill of evening entertainment, head down the hall to discover three well-presented bedrooms. Arranged as one king-size, one double and one twin, offering space to rest and unwind. Completing the interior is a shower room and a separate WC, adding extra convenience when getting ready each morning.

Outdoor seating invites you to make the most of sunny days, while a lawned garden and private jetty offer the perfect spot for ball games and lazy afternoons of fishing.
