The modern well-equipped kitchen/ breakfast room provides integrated electric hob, combination electric oven, a further integrated oven, plus other useful appliances. With plenty of work top space available, this is the ideal set up for any enthusiastic chefs to rustle up a delicious meal made using the delectable local produce that the area is famed for. A charming rustic farmhouse table with seating for six guests takes centre stage. A convenient utility room and WC are also located on this floor. The courtyard and rear garden can be access from the kitchen.

Upstairs, three beautifully curated bedrooms are available, each decorated with a muted colour palette to invite a good night's sleep. Overlooking the front of the property, the master bedroom hosts a sumptuous double bed and is served by an en-suite shower room. Heacham is a pretty coastal village with excellent local amenities. Beach lovers will enjoy Heacham’s wide, sandy beach and rolling dunes, ideal for blustery winter beach walks, wild swimming. In the summer months, sandcastles and paddling in the sea beckons. For keen bird watchers, wildlife is abundant in the area with the rspb sites of Titchwell and Snettisham Marsh within easy reach.
