Holly Cottage is located in a good central village location, within walking distance of the sea, shop and pubs in the seaside village of Heacham. It was originally a workers stone cottage and there is a private garden to the rear, ideal if you bring your furry friend on holiday with you.
This lovely property is conveniently located on the edge of the village and within a short walk from the local amenities. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed whilst the second bedroom has a single. The sitting room benefits from a wood burning stove which is ideal to snuggle up in front of in the winter months. If you are bringing your dog, the garden is enclosed and you can walk straight to the beach from the front door.
Holly Cottage is a great holiday property and will suit all manner of holidaymakers: birdwatchers, walkers, dog owners, beach lovers ... anyone looking for a relaxing Norfolk 'hideaway' to escape to for a short or longer break at any time of the year.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Holly Cottage which was perfect in every way for the three of us! The weather was amazing and the cottage comfortable. We expect to return.

This is a lovely little house. Great base for long walks along the coast and short trips to Sandringham. The weather was not kind but the house was warm and cosy.

A lovely week we've had, perfect weather, a lovely cottage. We have enjoyed our stay, our dogs have also enjoyed themselves too - plenty of walks and days out. Thank you for letting us bring the dogs. We will be back again.
