Pink End, North Creake, is a well-received cottage praised for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and suitability for dogs with an enclosed garden. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings are frequently mentioned, alongside the property's ideal location for exploring North Norfolk. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, including a welcome pack and secure off-road parking.
Guests consistently note the property as spotlessly clean and well-presented upon arrival, indicating high standards of cleanliness.
The cottage's location is celebrated for its proximity to local amenities, the North Norfolk Coast, and scenic walks, making it an excellent base for exploration.
Reviews highlight the comfortable beds, chairs, and sofas, as well as the warmth and cosiness of the cottage, suggesting a high level of comfort for guests.
The property is frequently described as well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, and the secure garden is a recurring positive feature. However, one mention of grass needing cutting slightly impacts the score.
Guests express gratitude for the welcome pack and essentials provided, which are seen as thoughtful gestures. It should be noted that while such gifts are appreciated, they are not guaranteed for every stay.
A smart and immaculately presented character cottage in the village of North Creake, which as the name suggests, stands at the end of a terrace and has a distinctive pink gable end wall! Set in a peaceful rural location, only a fifteen minute drive away from North Norfolk's glorious coastline, Pink End has been extended to provide deceptively spacious and very comfortable accommodation.
Tastefully styled, and with understated decor, the cottage interior is very easy-on-the-eye providing a calm and relaxing environment for guests to enjoy. You have a choice of two sitting areas; a traditionally cosy sitting room, possibly more suited to shorter days and cool nights when you have the option to light the wood burning stove to keep you extra snug, and a light-filled garden room/dining room overlooking a surprisingly spacious private and sunny garden, ideal for when the days are long and nights warm. In between the two rooms is a fully-fitted and very well-equipped kitchen, which has everything you could possibly need for your stay, especially if you enjoy cooking. Off the entrance hall is a shower room/cloakroom. The two attractive and invitingly restful bedrooms (king-size and twin), and second bathroom (en-suite to the king) are found on the first floor. True to the age of the cottage, the stairs are narrow and rather steep, but thankfully without a Norfolk twist, and with a handrail!
This pretty cottage is ideal for a couple or small family to enjoy around the year. Located in the village of North Creake, just three miles inland from the ever popular village of Burnham Market and only six miles from Holkham's stunning beach and its Palladian stately home set in a beautiful deer park. North Creake is home to Creake Abbey which is just down the road and can be reached on foot across the fields. Well known for it's popular award-winning monthly farmer's market, as well as a food hall selling local produce, a cafe that's open during the day and evening, a country ware shop, a lifestyle store, a hairdressers and a gallery! If you feel like venturing out for your evening meal, take a leisurely stroll down to The Jolly Farmers' pub or a short drive away you can sample one of the pubs, restaurants and bistros in Burnham Market. For a different experience, book a tour, tasting or a secret supper at nearby Burn Valley Vineyard, who can also provide tasty outside catering for a special treat.

We thought the property was really smashing. Immaculately presented and had everything you could ever need. The bed and linen were very high quality which led to a good night's sleep. An added bonus was the lovely enclosed garden and off road parking. (The foliage by the gate needs a trim, only a tiny thing).

Easy Entry. Clean, well stocked, quiet cottage. Nice, big garden. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of information at the cottage for local walks and attractions.

Stunning property. Combination of modern facilities and character features. We stayed over Christmas and it was such a wonderful escape. Enjoyed hunkering down by the log burner on an evening. Immaculately clean. Excellently equipped. Great outside space, perfect for the dogs. Already booked to return in the summer and looking forward to evenings in the garden. Quiet and peaceful location, but close to the coast and larger towns and villages. A great place to stay!
