Pump Cottage is a charming and spacious cottage in an excellent location, ideal for exploring the North Norfolk coast and enjoying local pubs and walks. Guests appreciate its cosy atmosphere, comfortable beds, and the convenience of off-street parking. While the property is generally clean and well-equipped, some areas could benefit from refurbishment, particularly the bathroom and kitchen. Thoughtful touches such as welcome packs are frequently mentioned, though not guaranteed. Overall, the cottage offers a warm and inviting base for a memorable stay in a beautiful area.
Most guests found the cottage clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and fresh linen. However, a few noted minor issues such as flaking paint, tired bathroom fittings, and kitchen pans that could be cleaner.
The location is highly praised, with easy access to the coastal path, local pubs, shops, and bus routes. Guests consistently highlight the convenience and beauty of the area.
Guests describe the cottage as cosy, spacious, and comfortable, with warm heating and a pleasant lounge. Some mention the bedrooms can get warm in hot weather, and the bathroom setup is less convenient, but overall comfort is rated highly.
Facilities are generally good, with off-street parking and a well-equipped kitchen. However, several guests mention the need for refurbishment, particularly the bathroom (hand-held shower, tired fittings) and some kitchen equipment. Parking is convenient but tight for larger vehicles.

A comfortable cottage to stay for a few days. Welcome gifts including milk in the fridge, biscuits, tea & coffee bags were appreciated. Also the flowers on the table. Wi-fi worked well. Outside seating was a treat in the hot weather. Very close to bus stops with buses every hour.

We love this cottage. Second visit for us and it felt like coming home. If you are looking for modernity with top range bathrooms and kitchens, then this place may not be for you. But if you want a cute but spacious, comfortable cottage with everything you need, and in a great location, then we fully recommend. Shops are walking distance, a pub next door, and miles of coastal path a 1 minute walk from the cottage. Nice and clean and a warm welcome too with biscuits of both the human and dog variety. We will certainly visit again!

Great stay in beautiful Norfolk. We were there to attend a friends birthday close by so the location was perfect! Lovely pub next door and everything very accesible! Also handy to have off street parking as there was a festival on at the pub so it was pretty busy but fun!
