Lovely cottage in beautiful area, with lots of amenities eg swimming pool etc. the only downside was the outside area wasn’t private and was communal into the car park but did have own table and chairs and bbq etc which we used. Would definitely return

Great little spot, especially if you have children. The pool was wonderful and the park area. Close to Downham and local restaurants.
