In a wonderful Norfolk meadow setting, Wells Safari Tent makes the perfect place for a well deserved family break close to the coast. With a wood-fired hot tub, a fun cabin bedroom and lots to do on and off site, you'll be making great memories for all ages here.

Kick back and enjoy the outdoors with a break in the Wells Safari; sleeping up to six guests in three bedrooms with a great open-plan living space. Inside the safari tent there's a largeopen-plan kitchen/dining/living room, where you can all sit comfortably around the table, play games on the leather sofas by the wood burning stove or cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. TSleeping arrangements include a hidden cabin room with a king-size bed, a bunk room and a master bedroom with a further king-size bed. All the beds are made up on arrival with feather down duvets and Egyptian cotton linen, along with towels and complimentary toiletries. There is electric lighting and plug sockets in the tent, as well as hot and cold water, and television and wifi.

Outside, you are truly spoilt with a wood-fired hot tub on the decking, a double hammock and a barbecue/firepit with outdoor seating - not a bad way to end an adventurous day! On site we have farm animal interaction sessions, children’s play park including den building, and an honesty shop for basic essentials. Nearby you can hire bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and beach tents.

Additional Information:

Dogs are welcome at a small additional charge of £8 per night per dog. This includes a dog towel and bowls.

Bring your horse! You can keep an eye on your horse from the safari tent for an additional charge of £25 per night with paddock and £40 per night with a stable.

Please note there is a refundable security deposit taken a few days prior to your arrival of £100.

Bathroom towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge on request, but you will need to bring your own soft mattress and bedding.

Maximum occupancy six people includes children and infants.

Inside:

Open-plan living area

With leather sofas, television, a wood burning stove and a dining table to seat six guests. Fire guard around the stove.

Kitchen

Sink with hot and cold water, gas hob, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer section, pots and pans, utensils, crockery, glasses, mugs, kettle and a cafetiere.

Master bedroom

With a king-size bed, bed side tables and wardrobe. Egyptian cotton bedding provided for all beds.

Bunk room

With a set of single bunk beds.

Cabin room

Accessed up a 1.5metre vertical ladder, through a wooden hatch door onto a king-size bed, storage underneath.

Shower room

With a shower, wash basin and WC. Complementary toiletries and towels provided.

Outside:

Decked area with a barbecue/firepit, wood fired hot tub, double hammock and outdoor seating. Initial logs are supplied, additional fuel can be purchased.
