Common View is a beautifully refurbished, immaculate cottage praised for its peaceful location and cosy comfort. Guests appreciate the high-quality bedding, towels, and welcome pack, as well as the property's proximity to Norfolk's attractions and nature reserves. While the cottage's charm includes a spiral staircase and traditional features, some guests note the low doorways and stairs may not suit everyone.
Guests consistently describe the cottage as immaculately clean and tidy, indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.
The cottage is appreciated for its idyllic, quiet location, convenient for exploring the Norfolk coastline and nearby attractions, though one guest mentioned a lack of amenities in the village.
Reviewers find the cottage to be cosy, warm, and comfortable, with high-quality bedding and a restful atmosphere, although tall guests have mentioned the low doorways as a minor discomfort.
The property is well-equipped and maintained to a high standard, with contemporary alterations complementing its traditional charm. However, the mention of a potentially challenging spiral staircase suggests that accessibility may be an issue for some.
Guests are delighted by the welcome pack and comprehensive information on local amenities, reflecting the owner's thoughtfulness. It should be noted that such personal touches, while appreciated, may vary and are not guaranteed.
