Attention to cleanliness in certain areas could be improved, and there are comments about the need for better instructions for appliances and TV usage.

Cleanliness

The property is generally well-kitted out and comfortable. However, some guests noted that the cleaning could be more thorough, particularly behind sofas and under chairs, as well as skirting boards. Housekeeping has been advised to take more care.

Location

The property serves as a good base to explore Norfolk, though some guests have noted heavy lorry traffic noise. The area is peaceful, but reliance on a car is necessary as there are no local amenities within walking distance.

Guests find the beds and sofas comfortable, and the property spacious. The presence of a welcome pack and quality bed linen contribute to a pleasant stay, although some guests have mentioned issues with the TV and a need for better instructions for heating control.

Facilities

The property boasts quality fittings, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable lounge areas. However, there are recurring issues with the TV and a lack of instruction manuals for various appliances, which suggests room for improvement in maintenance and information provision.

Thoughtfulness
