Guests say

The Innkeep is a charming, characterful cottage in a peaceful location, highly praised for its warm and welcoming hosts. Guests consistently mention the comfortable, well-equipped accommodation, enclosed garden ideal for dogs, and the hosts’ extensive local knowledge. The property is spotlessly clean for most, with only rare minor issues. Thoughtful touches, such as generous welcome packs (not guaranteed), are frequently highlighted. The cottage’s unique décor and tranquil setting make it a perfect base for exploring Norfolk. Some guests note the steep stairs and occasional minor maintenance needs, but overall experiences are overwhelmingly positive.

The majority of guests found the cottage very clean and tidy, with only a couple of minor comments about kitchen cleanliness and dusting. These were isolated and did not detract from the overall impression of a well-kept property.

The location is frequently described as peaceful, quiet, and ideal for exploring Norfolk by car, train, or on foot. Guests appreciate the proximity to local attractions, walks, and amenities, making it a great base for a holiday.

Guests consistently mention the cottage as comfortable, homely, and well-suited for both families and pets. The enclosed garden and cosy furnishings are appreciated, though a few note the steep stairs may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

The cottage is praised for being well-equipped, with good WiFi, parking, and a secure garden. A few guests mention minor maintenance issues or suggest additional kitchen items, but these are rare and generally resolved quickly by the hosts.

Guests frequently highlight the hosts’ exceptional hospitality, including generous welcome packs and local recommendations. While these thoughtful touches are often mentioned, it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

We have stayed at the Innkeep a couple of times now and it is the perfect house in the perfect location to explore the area. Paul the owner is great, if you need anything or want to know anything he's your man. The house itself has everything you need and very comfortable.

We were welcomed by paul with a smile.he made a fuss of our dog as soon as she left the car. Paul showed us around the cottage and explained everything he also gave us lots of info on the area. Places to go, eat etc. the welcome pack was fantastic best we've ever had. Nothing was too much trouble. The cottage itself was lovely well laid out and very comfortable. Norfolk was the most dog friendly place I've ever been to and would definitely be staying at the inn keep on our next visit. Can't thank paul enough for his hospitality and friendliness.
