A very nice tidy house with just about everything you could wish for. The garden is great for relaxing and safe for dogs as totally enclosed, a real bonus in the lovely weather. The local shop is very well stocked and there are lots of huge beaches are nearby for relaxing strolls, although we would avoid Brancaster beach as the parking charges at £6.50 for 2 hrs seems out of step with other beaches. We had a lovely stay and can easily see us returning.Parking is ample but can be a little tricky as the accommodation is on a bend and driver's often don't obay the speed limit when passing. Overall a great place to stay

This is a beautiful place to stay, perfect for our needs. We weee on our first sewing retreat and had ample space. The information folder could do with an update as it all last years, and the tv access needs sorting out. Apart from these two minor things I would highly recommend this place Thank you for a lovely break

Had a lovely week beds very comfortable and lounge and kitchen were super the only problem we had was trying to keep our dog downstairs he’s use to sitting on the landing at night the garden was great for him but the grass was too long which made it difficult to clean up after him unless you stand watching where he’s been I suppose the weather prevented it from being cut, overall we had a great week
