Stylishly furnished with coastal accents, Chestnut Cottage is a Grade II listed semi-detached flint cottage in a great location with excellent places to eat on the doorstep, making it ideal for couples wanting a larger love nest or families who are looking for a great holiday cottage for a few days, a week or longer.
Step inside and you’ll discover a large welcoming sitting room with wood burning stove and a spacious well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. The sunny conservatory to the rear of the property offers space for dining and affords lovely views out over the garden. Outside you'll find a lovely terrace with garden furniture and relaxed seating at the bottom of the fully-enclosed lawned garden. There are three beautiful and sumptuous bedrooms. All are decorated with designer wallpapers and fabrics. And there’s no fighting over the bathrooms either, as both the master and bedroom two have en-suite shower rooms complete with digitally controlled showers and there is an additional bathroom which serves the twin bedroom, so perfect if there is a group of you staying. This flint cottage is both laid-back and lovely and with everything decorated in a soft palette of Farrow and Ball chalk paints and accents of colour, it is a lovely place to escape to at the end of the day or when you feel you need an injection of sea air!

Good location. Spacious and comfortable especially the beds. Well equipped. Nice furnishings. A lick of paint in a few areas would freshen it up and garden needs a tidy up before the winter.

Chestnut Cottage was beautiful both inside and out. Great location and well situated within the village. The cottage had everything you would need for your stay and was well presented. I would strongly recommend this cottage to any of our family and friends for their stay in Norfolk and would love to come back again. many thanks for allowing us to stay!

Fabulous cottage, central location in Thornham for pub, deli & bus stop. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen, clean, beds super comfortable, warm & cosy with log fire. All decorated for Christmas, lovely welcome hamper too. Loads of safe parking. All perfect!
