Beautifully located five minutes from the beach in Thornham, with stunning rural and woodland views and a hot tub, this luxury family-friendly late-Georgian semi-detached farmers cottage is both practical and well thought-out. Featuring gorgeous interiors, underfloor heating, a wood burning stove, and a games room too, Rosemary Cottage has it all.
Light and airy inside, Rosemary Cottage is located in a rural location overlooking farmland, a couple of miles drive from the desirable coastal village of Thornham. The owner has used a soft palette of colours and has married these with quality fixtures and fittings, particularly in the bathrooms. Offering plenty of living space downstairs with lots of space to socialise and four en-suite bedrooms to choose from, you will hard pressed to find a nicer cottage to escape to.
Those of you who want to cook will certainly appreciate the large open-plan kitchen with its electric Aga and separate electric oven and the large dining area which is perfect for getting together for breakfast, lunch or supper and from where you can easily access the garden. Whilst the gorgeous sitting room is great for enjoying good conservation around the fire and provides the ideal spot to gather on an evening to watch television, children or those 'young at heart' will also love the games room with its table football and selection of games. Outside and to the rear of the cottage you’ll find a large lawned south-facing garden with fabulous bubbling hot tub, barbecue and a large terrace, great for outside dining on warmer days.
Nestled at the end of a terrace of old cottages and off the beaten track, Rosemary Cottage is surrounded by asparagus fields so if you want to walk straight from the front door you can. But equally you are only a very short drive from the numerous eateries and gastro-pubs and shopping delights that the pretty village of Thornham has in abundance. And of course you are also in easy reach of all the fabulous sandy beaches where you can sunbathe, swim or paddleboard from.

My wife and I, two daughters/husbands, a baby and two dogs all had a brilliant stay at Rosemary Cottage. The accommodation was lovely, comfortable and Ideal for our family holiday. It was very spacious, very well equipped and the layout was ideal for our family. The outside space was brilliant. It was private, very peaceful and the BBQ was well appreciated. Such a lovely quiet spot, in a lovely location and so close to the coast! We look forward to staying at Rosemary cottage in the near future.
