Happy Valley is a comfortable, bright and welcoming property. Everything was spotless and well cared for. Good walk into Cromer or there is a bus service at the top of the road. Good fish and chips and Chinese takeaways within walking distance.

The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. In a very good position just a short walk through the woods and into Cromer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here would thoroughly recommend .

An ideal place for walkers. Happy Valley is an easy and attractive walk into Cromer and Overstrand. Public transport was very good for linear walks. It was a quiet location; there were several good places to eat - The King's Head, overlooking the sea front: excellent food and service. The Hatter's tea shop was also very nice.
