Boasting a private hot tub, this detached cottage is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a mix of relaxation and days out.
Head to Blakeney for the traditional Norfolk pursuit of crabbing, or head a little further west and enjoy Wells-next-the-Sea, with its much-photographed quay, beautiful wide sandy beach featuring decorative beach huts, and a quaint mix of artisan and traditional seaside shops, cafés, and restaurants.
To the east lie the bustling seaside market towns of Sheringham and Cromer. Here you will find great beaches, museums, golf courses, a cinema, an indoor pool and leisure complex, and so much more. Sheringham Park offers over 1,000 acres of countryside to explore, and the Norfolk Broads are just 45 minutes away too. Of course, you must make time for a visit to the Thursford Collection, especially at Christmas, for The Thursford Christmas Spectacular and Santa’s Magical Journey.
Those visiting at Christmas time should visit Holt too, which is famous locally for its pretty festive lights. With so much to see and do year-round, you will be so glad you chose Hare’s Home for your holiday, not least of all when you head back after a busy day for a soak in that lovely hot tub. Beach 6½ miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 250 yards. The bus stop is located 100 yards from various locations.

A well designed, compact bungalow for 2 people with a securely enclosed garden( great if you've got a dog).The hot tube would be an extra attraction for many. The cottage is in a great location to explore the towns, coast and attractions of North Norfolk. It does get quite a lot of road noise, otherwise there's no downside to this as a holiday choice

On the plus side the cottage was very clean a generous size and overall a pleasant stay. A good location for travelling around the area. However the description of the cottage is somewhat inaccurate as there was no feather bedding (cheap flat duvet and pillows) and no airfryer.There seems to be a lack of maintenance as previous feedback in the guest book has been ignored (door handles broken exterior doors difficult to lock due to seized bolts) The electric shower was dangerous as the heat fluctuated from scalding to freezing without touching any dials. And the head needs descaling. The road noise is significant but that can’t be helped. The nearest pub only allows dogs in the garden which is right next to a busy road so again noisy.
