This beautiful cottage was much bigger than the pictures illustrated, a true home from home and much more, spotlessly clean, fantastic furnishings and so comfortable, the garden and seating made such a big plus, with a further garden with seating and lots of space for children to play, very close to main towns and so many wonderful beaches, will most definitely be going back.

Lovely spacious property. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including books and board games. Welcome pack appreciated on arrival. Nice patio area with BBQ which we didn't use, as although warm it was very windy during out stay. Fabulous secure grassed area for dogs and/or children to run around in. Well situated for trips to the coast (some lovely beaches) or inland. Dogs welcome, not just allowed. Only scored it 4 stars as bit of noise from farmyard early morning and when the water came on in the morning it was deafening (from 6.45 - 7.00am) in the front single bedroom. There are no amenities in the actual village and n/a is not an option on the star rating system so I had to give it 1. Property has been updated since photographs on website, including different furniture and no longer has the big leather sofa.

We have just returned from our stay at The Granary. Nicola and John are very welcoming and friendly hosts. The cottage has everything you need for your stay and a welcoming pack which included tea and milk for the all important cup of tea after travelling and sunflowers on the table which were a nice touch . The garden is enclosed in another enclosed garden which is really good for an energetic puppy and we felt reassured that he could not get out. You are not that far from the beach at Mundesley or even Cromer or Sheringham. We have already booked again for next year and we are taking the Grandchildren. Count down begin. Thank you to Nicola and John for a lovely week in beautiful accommodation which had everything.
