Sleeping five people across one super-king-size bed and three singles, this glamorous yurt is ideal for small families or groups of friends seeking a fun and fabulous accommodation option in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Get the gang together and set off for a refreshing day out at Holkham Beach (15 miles). Keep an eye out for seals as you hike along this spectacular stretch of golden sand backed by dunes and pine forest. Add a little excitement to your trip with a day out at Fakenham Racecourse (4 miles). Further afield, set off for Morston Quay (19 miles) to hop on a boat and visit the seal colony at Blakeney Point; or head to Sandringham (17 miles) to check out the Royal Family’s rural retreat.
From your private parking area (there’s space for two cars), step inside your beautifully crafted yurt and unwind. You’ll find a surprisingly spacious open-plan space with a charming ceiling that welcomes you into its cocoon-like embrace. A central skylight floods the space with natural light. There’s a generous super-king-size bed and three singles. A traditional crackling wood burner adds to the cosy vibe, making this feel like a real getaway.
Step outside and you’ll find a picnic bench – an idyllic spot for long, lazy breakfasts or leisurely, sun-kissed afternoons. Just a few steps away, there’s a shared kitchen/dining area, which is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to get cooking. Alternatively, fire up the charcoal BBQ in your picnic area and dine alfresco. After dinner, gather around the fire pit to relax and toast marshmallows under the stars. A nearby shower block with a private shower and WC for your use completes the wonderful glamping setup.
