Convenient, secure location close to adequate services & facilities. Private accommodation as part of the host/owners property. Superbly maintained offering a complete range of furnishings & facilities, all faultlessly presented & more than adequate. Also included was a range of complimentary provisions, sufficient for any arrival situation. Host was charming, engaging & helpful. The whole package was a model of of how this type of offering should be made.

A return visit & certainly not to be our last. Whole area of north Norfolk is oozing with things to do & this exceptional accommodation compliments the whole experience. One of our favourite places to stay-ever!!

As this was self catering breakfast does not count. The location and layout was excellent, well laid out and easy to manage. We had easy access and privacy. The Annex was spotless and well cared for, the owners went to a lot of trouble to make you fell welcome.
