The semi-detached barn is extremely light and bright, and the lovely open-plan kitchen/ dining room is the heart of the house. Tastefully decorated, it's the ideal place to come back to after a busy day out exploring the Norfolk coast. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen using the best of produce sourced locally, before retiring to the delightful sitting triple aspect sitting room featuring great views and cosy open fire, plus comfy sofas and a television with Amazon Firestick. Or if you don't feel like cooking, venture out to the nearby Dun Cow for some great pub food, or Cookies Crab Shop for seafood delights.

To the rear of the property there is a completely enclosed garden with a lawned area and patio boasting garden furniture and barbecue, meaning you can enjoy al fresco dining, or just a sundowner, on warmer evenings.

If you feel like venturing out, take the Coasthopper Bus right from Salthouse, and explore the many other coastal villages and beaches in either direction. Lovely house in a great location. Layout of the house was really good. We had a lovely holiday, and would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Owner of the properly was helpful and friendly.

There is no denying that Friday's Barn is situated on the main coast road but the welcoming comfort and superb position overlooking the coastal grazing marshes more than makes up for this. Absolutely wonderful rambling and wildlife with one of the best village stores (gorgeous fresh coffee!) and delightful pub within easy walking distance. This was our second visit and we would be very happy to stay here again and again.
