A sunny conservatory offers alternative seating, and has doors to a comfortable bedroom where there’s a bunk bed comprising a small double bed and a single above – ideal for children aged 7 and above. There’s driveway parking for two vehicles at the front of the property, while to the rear there’s a fully enclosed, secluded garden with outdoor furniture.

Generations of visitors return year after year to Sea Palling – the quaint village has a long sandy beach, calm waters and an eclectic mix of properties and amenities. Within 400 metres of your doorstep, the beach is one of six along this unspoilt stretch of coast; behind the village, the Quiet Lanes are designated places for walkers, cyclists and horse-riders – try the long-distance Weavers’ Way or a National Cycle Route if you want to explore further afield. Visit Horsey Gap, 3 miles along the coast, to see the resident seal colony, or for more wildlife encounters head to The Broads National Park – Hickling Broad is 4.5 miles.
