As well as the lovely beach, the pretty market town of Sheringham boasts a great mix of high street and independent shops. You can leave your car on the private car park for the week and walk to a different place to eat and drink every evening. For those wanting to take a further break from driving, Sheringham has a mainline train station that will take you to Cromer, with its famous pier, Wroxham, the gateway to the gorgeous Norfolk Broads, and onwards to the medieval city of Norwich. Sheringham also boasts North Norfolk Railway and Sheringham Park, 1000 acres of unspoilt nature trails and walks, offering ever changing vistas that are stunning whatever time of the year you visit. Travel north or south from here and discover an array of beach habitats including salt marshes, sand dunes and quays. Head to Blakeney for a spot of crabbing or Cley to explore the marshes. The National Trust’s Blickling Hall is also within easy reach, as is the Thursford Collection with its much celebrated Christmas Spectacular. In fact, this part of Norfolk is a great year round destination and, with many local towns boasting unique high streets and looking really pretty. Beach 800 yards. Beach house excellent location and benifits from having parking outside property . Quiet area but only five minutes walk from supermarket . This is the second time we have booked this property in Sheringham but we were disappointed that 10 cups had been put back into the cuboards that were really dirty and badly stained . I still can’t understand why anyone would put anything away in this state or not report this to the owner of the property . I left them out of cuboards so the cleaners could see these on departure day .

Lovely house that has dishwasher and washing machine ! Very comfortable sofas . Lovely small walled sunny garden . Fantastic location , short walk to bus stops , railway station and Tescos . The beach is abit further 10/15 minute walk ?( If you arent distracted by the lovely shops and ice creams. ) Very clear book in the house explaining how cooker, heating etc work . Easy parking directly outside the house . If we ever visit Sheringham in the future I would rebook this lovely house

Beach House had everything we needed for a nice relaxing holiday. It is within walking distance of the facilities of Sheringham and we were able to eat out most days in the varied pubs and cafes. There are plenty of places to visit in the area too. The house was clean and homely and our dog was safe in the enclosed garden. We would definitely recommend this property.
