We stayed at Stones Throw Cottage, Sheringham between 20th - 27th December last year. Three Adults, one Teenager and a Cockapoo. We had an amazing stay over the Christmas Period. The cottage had everything we needed and was beautifully devoted for Christmas. The owners left a welcoming basket and we even arranged for a Tesco delivery for the day after we arrived. The sound of the sea was lovely both day and night. The Cottage had an enclosed front decking so you could see the sea from the lounge window but was very private , so people could not see in. Towels and Bedding supplied and very comfortable beds. The Lounge was very cosy with a lovely electric log burner. Close to the High Street with pubs and restaurants (all very dog friendly) within easy walking distance. Thoroughly recommend.

Less than a stone's throw from the beach and the amenities: good variety of shopping, the Little Theatre, pubs for good food and beers, excellent fish and chips, hot apple Crumble and craft burger shacks, walks along the coast and a steam railway - plus Peter's Books. Settled in quickly and enjoyed a home away from home with everything we could have wanted, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and decorations up for Christmas too. We'll be back to see it in another season once it stops snowing.
