Three The Boulevard in Sheringham is a spacious, well-equipped and beautifully presented cottage, praised for its excellent location close to the beach, town centre, and transport links. Guests consistently highlight its comfort, tasteful décor, and period features, as well as the convenience of off-road parking. The property is noted for its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere, with several guests returning for repeat stays. While most found the beds comfortable, a few mentioned the single beds could be improved. Overall, this property offers a delightful and memorable stay in a charming seaside town.
Multiple reviews describe the property as spotlessly clean, tidy, and well-presented, with no significant complaints about cleanliness. Only one review mentioned an overwhelming smell of fresheners, but this did not detract from the overall impression.
The location is repeatedly praised as ideal, being close to the sea front, town centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport. Guests appreciate the quiet residential setting and easy access to amenities.
Guests frequently mention the property as comfortable, spacious, and homely, with particular appreciation for the sofas and main beds. However, a few guests found the single beds less comfortable, especially for adults or taller children.
The cottage is described as very well-equipped, with a modern kitchen, quality furnishings, off-road parking, and a pleasant garden. Minor maintenance issues were noted (e.g., kitchen blind, cooker gaps), but these did not significantly impact overall satisfaction.
Several guests mention thoughtful touches such as welcome packs, hospitality trays, and seasonal treats. While these gestures are appreciated, it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

It was a lovely house, comfortable and with all you could need. In a good location, walkable to town centre, promenade & beach, good transport links. We used local bus to go places. Lots of nice shops & eating places in the town.
