A bolt hole with open plan living, Berlea House has a stable door that lets the glorious fresh air and light in during the summer months and a cosy wood burning stove (with unlimited logs!) to keep you toasty in the winter. Super-spacious for two, the bedroom has a king-size bed and the bathroom is large, with a bath and separate shower. The garden has wonderful views of stunning sunsets over the fields and is a lovely spot to while away a Norfolk evening, listening to the wildlife as the wine chills.

Berlea House, situated in the peaceful village of Trimingham, is the perfect location to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. With scenic countryside on your doorstep for walking - you can join the Norfolk Coast Path to Mundesley while looking out for fossils and pot stones along the way - you are also only a few minutes' walk or drive away from the beach and the picture perfect villages and towns along the North Norfolk Coast. Ideally placed between two popular destinations, Berlea House is only four miles south east of Cromer with its famous pier and Blue Flag beach, and just three miles north west of the village of Mundesley, home to another Blue Flag beach. Spoilt for choice for popular, nearby gastro pubs too, the foodies amongst you will not be disappointed!

Please note: Walking to the coast (the clifftops) is a couple of minutes from Berlea House, but the path down to the beach is very steep and unstructured. You can drive to the beach in five minutes by car.
