Step inside and you’re greeted with an immediate sense of warmth. In early 2026, the creative new owners refreshed the décor and styling, giving the apartment a beautifully curated feel of comfort, relaxation, and understated luxury. Soft, warm tones, walls adorned with works by local artists, and divine Egyptian cotton bedding all add thoughtful touches. The panoramic view from the kitchen’s breakfast bar - fishing boats bobbing on the tide, the ever‑changing light dancing across the water - is the icing on the cake. With the harbour still fully working, you can watch fishermen land their daily catch before wandering out to explore the charming shops and waterfront.
After a day discovering Wells, its stunning beach with sweeping sand dunes backed by colourful beach huts and a tranquil pine forest, returning to this beautiful apartment feels like a treat in itself. First time in Norfolk, what a delight! The Granary is superbly located, loved the bed, and the weather was kind.

What a fabulous place! Loved the Welcome Pack too. Thank you. We visited Holkham beach, Burnham Market, Hunstanton and Cromer. Loved Brancaster beach and loved the White Horse restaurant. Also Flour, Ollies, Frenches and the local pub. Would love to come back. Teddy said thank you for his treats too.

We visit Wells every year, sometimes several times. We love the location of this apartment, looking over the harbour and walking along the embankment to the beach. A good morning constitutional with a dog is to go along the east quay towards the fishing sheds, past the boatyard and Flo & Jo's coffee van. There is an open field alongside the coastal path embankment. We recommend Sunday lunch at The Victoria in Holkham, tables are well separated especially in the bay window section to the right as you enter the restaurant. Booking advised. The Crown at East Rudam is also good - food, dog friendly, though car park small. We have had a lovely weed and would book again.
