Set down the quiet Jolly Sailor Yard just off the bustling waterfront of Wells-Next-The-Sea, The Cabin is all about its location which is the perfect combination of convenient yet quiet.
As you step inside the Victorian tiled hallway, you know you are entering a cottage full of character. Cleverly furnished with an eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional styles, The Cabin is homely and practical, perfect for active families, birdwatchers, dog lovers, walkers and cyclists. There is a cosy sitting room, galley style kitchen, a separate dining room which overlooks the lovely sunny courtyard, and a shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a double and two twins, and a family bathroom. The fully enclosed courtyard garden also has access to the garage – a great bonus in Wells so close to the water. Here you can get a medium-sized car (see dimensions below) bikes, kayaks, soggy dog towels and wetsuits, buckets and spades, muddy boots and all those essentials for a good outdoorsy holiday.
From the front door you can see down to the quay and marshes. Here you can do a spot of crabbing, paddling, sample some of the best fish and chips around. Join the North Norfolk coast path and walk for miles in either direction, then catch the regular Coastlink bus back to Wells. The Cabin is just five minutes from the centre of Wells and plenty of choice for places to eat, drink and relax.

Lovely place. watch out if you are tall as there are a couple of places where you can bang your head if you arent careful but very charming and great to have parking!

The Cabin is in a very quiet location and yet very centrally located to everything Wells has to offer. The Cabin is very homely and comfortable. We would definitely recommend and will be booking to stay there again. It has a large enclosed courtyard area and great if holidaying with pets and children.

A lovely cottage, great week! Wells is wonderful. Loved early mornings at the harbour watching the sunrise. The Cabin is well-stocked and very homely. All we needed. Thank you. Will hugely recommend.
