Castle House is a real gem. With two gourmet pub/restaurants literally on your doorstep just across the square, you can enjoy good food and wine. Enjoy breakfast at Bang! in Wells, before taking the short stroll down Staithe Street to the quay, or walk a little further and you will soon have sand between your toes as you explore the gorgeous white sandy beach flanked by a pine forest and an iconic row of colourful beach huts.

Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. The house is wonderful - spotlessly clean with all the necessities and more - we loved the games cupboard! The location is perfect and the parking space is especially useful on the Buttlands. We've had a brilliant time and will hopefully be back in future. Oh, and the Easter egg hunt was a lovely test - the kids were delighted after a long journey. Thanks again.

We have had the most wonderful short break in Castle House - made all the more perfect by the superb sunny weather. From the moment we arrived we loved it - the welcome pack, the sunny balcony, the large fluffy towels, lovely toiletries and finally the most beautifully appointed and equipped home in a superb location. Thank you for the most wonderful stay and for all your fab recommendations. I particularly loved my morning coffee in the sun trap of the back garden and my afternoon glass of wine on the sun kissed balcony. Wow, what a fantastic place.
