This detached, well-equipped barn conversion is set over two floors and boasts a part-vaulted ceiling, beams and oak flooring. The bright and spacious open plan living area offers a large fitted kitchen with French doors, which lead out to a courtyard garden, a dining area and a sitting area with two large sofas, including one that can be made into a sofa bed, and French doors leading out to another courtyard area with seating. Also at this Norfolk cottage there is a ground floor twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a first floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Just one suggestion some cooking foil would be good. We had a very nice stay a Ducks foot barn and will definitely recommend it to friends.

The only word that describes this property is stunning and been renovated by skilled craftsmen. The owner is super friendly and came to tell us things that we could get to locally, in all a real treat, we would rebook the property
