A very well presented holiday accommodation that had everything we needed for a week in Norfolk/Suffolk. There is plenty of space for two people, car parking is right next to the lodge, the hot tub was a welcome luxury and a lovely patio area. There are lots of places to visit with a 60 minute or less drive and some great pubs in Diss. The welcome and on-going contact from the owners was much appreciated who did everything they could to make sure we were happy and enjoying our break.

Pretty much the same as last time, this is our second visit to wisteria lodge, if you are looking for a calm relaxing holiday I can’t recommend this highly enough. It’s quiet, out of the way but still only a short drive into Diss, where you can get everything you need. If you love long relaxing nights in the hot-tub with a little music and a glass of wine or two whilst starring up at the clear skies and looking at the stars, then this is 100% the place for you. The welcome pack as of last time was lovely and a welcome surprise. Claire is lovely and welcomes you on arrival and can’t do enough for you, me and wife forgot our scrabble board and Claire lent us hers for the week, the little things make the difference. If your after a lively get away then maybe not for you but if you want to relax just sit back and chill then book, it’s perfect ❤️

Claire and Russell are great hosts and the welcome pack had lots of the essentials and some luxuries as well. We had a wonderful relaxing stay in the Wisteria Lodge. Despite the unseasonal weather, we managed to visit some great places in both Norfolk and Suffolk. There are lots of places within a relatively short driving distance from Roydon Retreats. Bury St Edmunds is great for historical buildings, retail therapy and great food. Southwold is a lovely quirky seaside town with good beaches and great fish and chips. There is no doubt that we will be returning to Roydon Retreats in the future.
