Beds very comfortable. The setting is superb with beautiful views and the areas around to explore are lovely. We did not encounter any of the noise problems mentioned in a previous review. One big concern for us, which should be clearer in the listing, was access. The lane is a very steep, rough unmade up track with a lot of loose stones. We found this very challenging in a smallish car. Vivienne

Would recommend a rug or something for front door and maybe some more coat hooks as we had lots of rain and ran out of places to hang wet coats etc. location is beautiful but did find noise from upstairs disappointing with builders at 7am and parties til almost 4am.
