The nicest house where we’ve spent a holiday in England so far. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a very quiet location. A perfect starting point for excursions into the enchanting countryside, to historic towns, and even as far as Edinburgh. Street parking was never an issue. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, can highly recommend this house without reservation, and are happy to give it five stars.

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage. A welcome tray was included. The owner was in contact before our visit to confirm entrance time and key access. A very quiet part of the village with easy walking access to the local pub (no food served). We had a lovely meal in the local Italian restaurant.
